The firm is able to handle disputes and is licensed to appear before all courts of law in Iraq and indeed has appeared in First Instance Courts, Courts of Appeal and the Court of Cassation. Employment & Immigration

We advise on all areas of Iraqi Labor Law, Pension and Social Security Law and Immigration Laws.
We have appeared many times for corporate employers before the relevant employment courts in Baghdad, Basra and Nasiriya in defending claims brought under Contracts of Employment.
Whilst our work is mainly before the Labor tribunals in this field, we have appeared before the criminal courts and police stations throughout Iraq in acting for employers whose employees occasionally are questioned or charged with penal offences
We have also represented international companies charged by the state with alleged violations of the Labor and Immigration laws.
